Victus Consultancy not only provides support and advice to new and established catering and hospitality businesses, we can ensure your staff are fully trained and on board with the direction you want to take. While the training we deliver has a serious message, we always work with a lightness of touch, plenty of warmth and a hefty dose of humour. The end result? Our customers include entrepreneurs who are new to the hospitality industry. They have plenty of vision, ambition and enthusiasm, but don’t necessarily know how to manage their staff. Their team love their job, but feel like they’re treading water, unsure of their role and what they’re meant to be doing. We help both the business owners and their staff find their feet, understand their own and others’ roles, learn how to prioritise and keep a sense of hospitality at the forefront of everything they do.

We also support hospitality and catering companies who are struggling with long standing members of staff. This sometimes involves incredibly difficult conversations and decisions, but these businesses, morale and company culture are stronger as a result. The old one bad apple and all that!

Victus Consultancy offers coaching and mentoring on a one-to-one or team basis as often as required, but we recommend monthly sessions to achieve the best results.
